2023 Commits

  • 5-star OL Alex Birchmeier
  • 4-star LB Tony Rojas
  • 4-star ATH Mathias Barnwell

So far, the three 2023 commits to publicly state their intentions to attend Saturday’s game are all from Virginia. It will be difficult for some of Penn State’s 2023 commits to make noon games considering they usually play Friday nights and then would have to travel on Saturday morning. Quarterback Jaxon Smolik is from Iowa, King Mack, Conrad Hussey and Elliot Washington are all from Florida and DaKaari Nelson is from Alabama. Don’t expect these commits to attend many games this season.

More may pop up for the game on short notice, especially the in-state commits. Keep an eye out for Ta’Mere Robinson, Joey Schlaffer, London Montgomery and Lamont Payne.
