Win Total 8.5

DraftKings has Penn State football’s win total for the 2022 season at 8.5 wins.

This seems to be a good number considering most fans and college football experts are expected an 8-4 or 9-3 season from the Nittany Lions.

If you go by Victory Bell Rings season projection, take the over as we have Penn State at 9-3.

The Nittany Lions have plenty of tough games in 2022. They start the season at Purdue and then travel to Auburn only two weeks later. Penn State also has a grueling stretch where they travel to Michigan and then host Minnesota and Ohio State. Finally, Penn State hosts Michigan State to end the regular season.

Those are six tough games, but three are at home and both Purdue and Auburn have plenty of question marks of their own. If the Nittany Lions go just 3-3 in those games and then win their other six games, they will hit the over.

These six games will definitely have some taking the under too, which is understandable.
