Kaveion Keys

Kaveion Keys is a linebacker, but he makes the list because of the scenario discussed in the previous slide with Gooden.

The 4-star from Virginia is one of the best outside linebackers on the East Coast and he is heavily considering Penn State. An official visit back in June put the Nittany Lions in the top group for Keys along with North Carolina.

Landing Keys would give Manny Diaz the ability to move Robinson down to the edge and have Tony Rojas and Keys be the outside linebackers in the class.

Unfortunately, it looks like Keys will be heading to North Carolina. Multiple 247 Sports experts have put in crystal ball predictions for Keys to end up with the Tar Heels.

He has a planned commitment date of Aug. 27, giving Penn State’s staff at least some time to try to turn this one back in their favor. As of today, it’s not looking great though.
