Dani Dennis-Sutton

Dani Dennis-Sutton was rated as the No. 7 defensive lineman in the country for the 2022 recruiting cycle.

He is already physically imposing, being listed at 6-foot-5 and 254 pounds on Penn State’s roster. For a defensive end, that’s great size. Keep in mind Dennis-Sutton has only been on campus for two months, he will likely continue to add muscle throughout his years at Penn State.

Dennis-Sutton is physically ready to play, but of course there’s more to it than just that. The game is faster, and his techniques may need some tweaks and adjustments.

Regardless, Dennis-Sutton should find some time at defensive end this season. There are a bunch of guys in front of him as of right now. They include Nick Tarburton, Adisa Isaac, Chop Robinson, Smith Vilbert and Amin Vanover.

Dennis-Sutton will likely start the season as a third stringer. He will still see action though, as Penn State likes to rotate its defensive linemen in order to keep them fresh for an entire game.
