Penn State Football right tackle – Caedan Wallace

As one of just two returning starters along the offensive line for the Nittany Lions, nobody expects Caedan Wallace to be an elite right tackle, primarily because he is playing out of position.

Wallace is better suited to play guard but has been forced to be the right tackle out of necessity.

The former No. 3 rated guard in the 2019 recruiting class has been noticeably overmatched at times, and while he hasn’t been Penn State’s worst starter along the offensive front (though that’s not saying much), has far more potential than he showed in 2021.

Hopefully now that he is a veteran with plenty of experience at the tackle position, Wallace will settle in, exceed expectations, and become a solid right tackle that can protect Sean Clifford and create running lanes for the backs.
