Penn State Football: Possible wide receiver options for the 2023 class

The Transfer Portal

If Penn State football doesn’t like the options available to them now, there’s always the transfer portal later.

Penn State used the portal to land talented wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley this past off season, they will do it again if needed.

Tinsley is a rental though, in this case, the Nittany Lions would be looking for a guy with multiple years of eligibility remaining. Thankfully, the transfer portal is usually loaded with talent at the wide receiver position.

This past off season, multiple impact wide receivers made the move to a new school, most notably Biletnikoff winner Jordan Addison.
