Justin Brown

Justin Brown has been on Penn State’s radar for a while. He received his offer back in the Fall of 2021 and was up for a visit in March.

However, he did not take an official visit to Penn State, which doesn’t help the Nittany Lions’ chances.

Listed at 6-foot and 183 pounds, the 3-star from Tennessee has a solid offer sheet that includes Pitt, Purdue, Miami, Mississippi State, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Like Mays, Penn State will have to try to get Brown up for a visit in order to try to land his commitment. Lasch Bash this upcoming weekend will be the best shot at getting both of the wide outs up for a visit before the season starts.

Penn State did recently make Brown’s top five schools, so the interest is mutual.
