Penn State football has won its fair share of big-time recruiting battles over the last two cycles.

Penn State football is recruiting at the highest level the program ever has.

This success has led to the Nittany Lions facing some of the top schools in the country for some of the top recruits in the country. Recruiting against the likes of Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Clemson and Miami is not any easy task by any means.

Despite the difficulties that come with recruiting against the best for the best, James Franklin and his staff are doing a great job at winning as many of these battles as possible.

We’re going to take a look at a few of the biggest recruiting victories for Penn State between the 2022 and 2023 recruiting cycles. Although the 2023 cycle is not finished and commits can flip, some of these initial recruiting victories were just too big to not talk about.
