Penn State Football continues to build on a historic 2022 recruiting class, and James Franklin is looking to stack back-to-back top 10 classes.

Recruiting in college football comes down to what a recruit is looking for. Penn State Football has a lot to offer prospective athletes. Athletic facilities, location, on-field success, coaching, and player development are just a few aspects of a program that recruits use to decide where to start their collegiate career.

So, what makes high school athletes from all over the country decide that a little college town in the mountains of Pennsylvania is the right place for their future?

The on-field results have been disappointing at best the last two seasons. So why are highly ranked recruits still choosing Penn State football instead of the teams that have experienced more recent success?

We all know that Head Coach James Franklin has proven himself to be a great recruiter. Whether or not James Franklin is a great coach is a different discussion. So why are top recruits coming to play for James Franklin?
