Penn State football’s recruiting capabilities were on full display with the commitment of Elliot Washington.

Elliot Washington’s commitment to Penn State football on Friday was a shocker, but it was a big-time commitment.

Washington is ranked as the No. 110 player in the country and No. 6 safety, although he’s likely going to play cornerback for Penn State.
