Raheim Jeter

If there’s a target on this list who actually has a bit of a preexisting relationship with Penn State, it’s West Virginia commit Raheim Jeter.

Although the South Carolina native never received a Penn State offer, he did visit the school a few times. His last visit to Happy Valley came last September, when he came up for the Whiteout game against Auburn.

According to his 247 Sports profile, Jeter was also at a camp at Penn State last summer. The fact that he never received an offer despite multiple visits may mean that the Nittany Lions just weren’t that interested.

Jeter has been committed to West Virginia since last December and not much has happened with his recruitment since.

This could be a situation where the staff sees how his senior season goes and if he took the next step.
