5. ATH Cameron Seldon

There aren’t many, if any, recruits higher on Penn State’s board than Cameron Seldon.

The athlete from Virginia has the ability to play wide receiver, safety or outside linebacker in college. The Nittany Lions will gladly take his help at any of those positions.

The star athlete will be on campus this weekend according to 247 Sports.

The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder is listed as the No. 104 player in the country in the 247 Sports Composite. 247 Sports is even higher on him, as he is the No. 24 player in the country in their own rankings.

Seldon recently released a top three and it consisted of Penn State, Tennessee and Maryland. The Vols have a solid NIL situation going, but this is a recruitment Penn State should be able to win.

It certainly helps that the Nittany Lions are getting the last say here. Seldon has already visited his other two finalists. Penn State is building a solid defensive class in 2023 and Seldon would be among the headliners of that haul if he committed.

The Nittany Lions are crushing it in Virginia right now, look for that to continue.
