5. DE Tomarrion Parker

Tomarrion Parker isn’t a well-known prospect to many Penn State fans, but he sure is a good one.

Hailing from Phenix City, AL, Parker is taking an official up to Penn State this weekend.

The 6-foot-4, 255-pound defensive end is rated as a top 80 player in the 2023 cycle. As we’ve mentioned, the Nittany Lions need defensive ends and Parker would be a good one.

This isn’t a recruitment that is anywhere close to being over. Parker has visits scheduled to some SEC schools for games this upcoming Fall. So, the Nittany Lions will look to put their best foot forward and impress Parker this weekend.

The plan needs to be to impress him enough that he considers coming back up to see a game during the season and stays in contact with the staff. Unlike maybe the other four guys on this list, this one won’t be wrapped up this weekend.

Keep an eye out for any feedback from Parker after the visit.
