2. LB Tony Rojas

If Robinson is an edge, then Tony Rojas jumps to the top of the linebacker board.

The talented Virginia product has shot up the recruiting rankings lately, now considered a top 200 player in the class.

Rojas has been to Penn State numerous times over the past year or so, so his relationship with the staff is solid. The problem is the competition for Rojas is tough.

He’s already visited Miami and Clemson and will visit Georgia next weekend. Additionally, he went on an unofficial visit to Georgia earlier this week.

This weekend will be the Penn State football staff’s chance to put themselves in the driver seat and leave the competition in the dust. With how the linebacker board is shaping up, this is a recruitment they need to win.

The 6-foot-2 Rojas has become one of the most important names in the 2023 cycle for Penn State and it’s now time to close this one out.
