Penn State Football’s 2022 schedule is filled with multiple intriguing away games, but which should Penn State fans try to attend?

Members of our staff at Victory Bell Rings decided to give their thoughts on which away game this upcoming season will be the best to try to attend.

We’re taking multiple factors into account when creating our lists:

  1. Opponent
  2. Location
  3. Day/Time
  4. How often Penn State visits
  5. Atmosphere

So, now that you have the criteria, here are the options:

  1. Purdue (9/1)
  2. Auburn (9/17)
  3. Michigan (10/15)
  4. Indiana (11/5)
  5. Rutgers (11/19)

As you can see, these options vary from SEC territory in Alabama to the Big House in Ann Arbor to… New Jersey!

Penn State Football struggled on the road last season, going 2-3 away from Beaver Stadium. This slate may not be as tough as last year’s, but each team on this list presents unique challenges for the Nittany Lions.
