Penn State Football offensive lineman – Landon Tengwall

In his true freshman season in 2021, Landon Tengwall saw limited action, but he showed a ton of potential when he was out there in the trenches.

With the Nittany Lions looking to improve upon an abysmal running game from a year ago, the offensive line is as important as anything, particularly on the interior if they hope to be able to consistently run between the tackles.

Tengwall is nearly a lock to start at one of the two guard positions, so the Blue-White game will be a great indicator of where he and some other key members of the offensive line stand at this point.

Keep an eye on how well he is able to engage in his blocks, and also how well he works to the second level on running plays.

Has Tengwall made some significant strides in this his second spring under Phil Trautwein? We could have some answers at the conclusion of Saturday’s scrimmage.
