4. LB Ta’Mere Robinson

Ta’Mere Robinson has been towards the top of Penn State’s 2023 board for a while now.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound linebacker from Pittsburgh has been a frequent visitor at Penn State since visits reopened last Summer, being on campus five times since then.

His most recent visit was on April 2 to Miami, but outside of that it’s been a quiet Spring for Robinson. With 25 offers and counting, the 4-star is one of the more coveted defensive prospects on the East coast.

The Nittany Lions are likely close to the top of the list for Robinson, considering how many times he’s been up for a visit. Robinson is one recruit that James Franklin and staff would like to get on campus for the Spring Game later this month. Another home run visit could seal this for Penn State.

Linebacker is a big need in this cycle and grabbing a 4-star from right under Pitt’s nose would be another statement on the recruiting trail by Franklin.
