7. OT Evan Link

Penn State’s 2023 offensive line haul is off to a fantastic start with 5-star Alex Birchmeier, 4-star Jven Williams and 3-stars Joshua Miller and Anthony Donkoh.

While this is a great start, three out of these four guys are likely to end up on the interior, so there’s still a need for offensive tackles. Enter Evan Link, a 3-star from Washington D.C. At 6-foot-6 and 290 pounds, the size is there for Link to be an impact offensive tackle down the line.

Link has been relatively quiet this Spring, with his last visit coming on March 2 to Wisconsin. He did attend one of Penn State’s junior days back in January, but it would be nice to get him back on campus in the coming months.

There may be a few guys still on the board ranked higher than Link, but he is not a slouch by any means and would be a huge boost to the future of Penn State’s offensive line.
