LB Phil Picciotti

Linebacker Phil Picciotti checks off a couple of boxes for Penn State Football. Picciotti represents a position of need and is a top ten recruit in Pennslyvania. The current three-star recruit is very high on Penn States’ board for 2023.

Penn State Football is in the process of rebuilding its linebacker group. Penn State only added two linebackers in the 2022 class with Abdul Carter and Keon Wylie. Picciotti is a top target that addresses the depth issue facing the Nittany Lions.

Picciotti is drawing interest nationwide. He holds offers from Michigan, Miami, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame. In total, Picciotti has over 20 scholarship offers.

Phil Picciotti will be in Happy Valley for the fourth time on April 16th. The only other Spring visit scheduled as of now is Oklahoma.

If Penn State Football can pull their top linebackers, Picciotti will be part of James Franklins’ best linebacker hauls.
