LB Tony Rojas

Tony Rojas is a recruit from Virginia, a state that Penn State Football is dominating in the 2023 class.

Franklin and the Lions have already signed four of the top fifteen players out of Virginia. Rojas is a four-star recruit that is the 19th best linebacker and the fifth-best player in Virginia.

Rojas is a top player at a top position of need for Penn State Football. The linebacker group is one of the thinnest position groups on the roster. The strength of James Franklins’ defenses is suddenly becoming a weakness.

Penn State Football will have to impress Rojas to land him in the 2023 class. Tony Rojas has over 20 offers. Penn State will have to beat out the likes of Clemson, Miami, Notre Dame, and Virginia Tech to secure his commitment.

Rojas will be on campus on April 8th. After this run of visits, Rojas will have visited Penn State and Virginia Tech five times.

This could very well be the first recruiting battle between old friends James Franklin and Brent Pry.
