Penn State Football: Transfer Portal Expectations this Spring

Penn State Football used the transfer portal successfully last season. Do they need to make another transfer portal splash this spring?
Penn State Football added several players last season through the transfer portal. DE Arnold Ebiketie and DT Derrick Tangelo were impact transfers that utilized the opportunity to put themselves in the NFL Draft. RB Jon Lovett and OL Eric Wilson not so much.
The Nittany Lions are fortunate enough that the roster does not include a lot of veterans buried on the depth chart.
That also means that Penn State Football is young, and has some questions about its current roster.
