Penn State Football head coach James Franklin hopes the program’s momentum on the recruiting trail carries over onto the field as spring ball gets underway

With the seasonal calendar turning to spring, and Penn State wrestling coming off of yet another National Championship, Penn State Football returns to the field Monday for their spring practice period.

There will be plenty of storylines to keep an eye on over these five weeks of spring practice, which will conclude inside Beaver Stadium on April 23rd for the Blue-White game.

From key players returning from injury, to some potential offseason breakout candidates, there will plenty to talk about over the next month and a half.

Finally, what can we expect from a recruiting perspective over the next five weeks?

Let’s take a look at five key topics that will headline the program over the course of Penn State Football’s spring practice period.
