Heading into Spring practices, Penn State Football still has a couple of holes on the roster that it would like to fill using the Transfer Portal.

The snow is melting and spring is in the air. You know what that means. Penn State Football is back, and the Transfer Portal is still open.

James Franklin and his staff still have some work to do on this iteration of Penn State Football. They have attempted to fill holes with the transfer additions of OL Hunter Nourzad and WR Mitchell Tinsley.

While those two will pay immediate dividends, Penn State should still be active in March and April. The Nittany Lions have several needs to fill on both sides of the ball.

On offense, Penn State Football may still add another offensive lineman. The competitive culture seems to be returning to the program. If there is an upgrade available, Penn State will pounce at the opportunity.

Defense is a different story.

Penn State Football has a major need in the linebacker room. They will also be looking for help on the defensive line. The front seven of the defense was the hardest hit group by graduation and the NFL Draft.

Here are the four players in the Transfer Portal that could join Penn State Football.
