Penn State Football is after two of the best offensive linemen currently in the transfer portal and both of them are very realistic possibilities for the Nittany Lions

Penn State Football has not been as successful in the transfer portal as they were last offseason, but with the constant flow of activity means there is a lot of offseason left.

Thus far head coach James Franklin has only landed wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley out of Western Kentucky while there are still major question marks along the offensive line and on the defensive side of the ball, particularly at linebacker.

Offensive line could be point of emphasis for Penn State Football in transfer portal

The offensive line has been a point of contention among Nittany Lions fans since Franklin arrived on campus, always hoping that the next version will finally be the one that takes the next step, but it seems year in and year out the offensive line holds back Penn State Football’s offense.

With 2021 starters Rasheed Walker, Eric Wilson, and Mike Miranda off to the NFL they certainly have positions to fill going into 2022.

The offensive tackle position in particular, especially if last year’s prized recruit Landon Tengwall is going to kick inside to guard, is a pressing need.
