Penn State currently has the sixth-ranked recruiting class for the 2022 cycle. The All-American Bowl will give fans a chance to see four of Penn States’ top recruits.

The All-American Bowl is the premier event for high-school seniors to compete against one another, and Penn State Football will be well represented on Saturday.

The event invites 100 of the top recruits to participate. The exhibition will have players from the east region face off against players from the west region. According to NBC Sports, “The All-American Bowl is annually the most-watched, most-talked-about, and most-prestigious high school all-star event with more than 4,100,000 unique television viewers and over 20,000 in attendance. The history and tradition of the All-American Bowl is unparalleled: 496 draft picks; 74 Super Bowl champions; 174 Pro Bowl selections; 13 Heisman finalists including, but not limited to: Odell Beckham Jr., Christian McCaffrey, Tim Tebow, Derrick Henry, DeVonta Smith, and Trevor Lawrence.”

This year Penn State Football will feature four players invited to the event.

Keon Wylie is a three-star linebacker that committed to attending Penn State Football in July.

Wylie is not enrolling early, so he will not factor into Penn States’ early season plans. Shortly after signing day, Penn State assistant coach Terry Smith said that “Keon Wylie “quietly” may be the best player on the defensive side of the ball in class.”
