Outback Bowl bold predictions, Penn State Football and Arkansas score pick

Defensive and Special Teams Predictions
Prediction #4: Curtis Jacobs records 10+ tackles
Against two of the best running backs that Penn State Football faced this year (TreVeyon Henderson and Kenneth Walker), Curtis Jacobs tallied seven and eight tackles respectively in each of those two games.
He started the year a little slow, but once he got more and more experience, Jacobs was excellent for the Nittany Lions defense. Now, with fellow linebackers Brandon Smith and Ellis Brooks opting out, Jacobs will have to carry more of the load, and will probably have to make a lot of tackles against a great Arkansas rushing attack.
There is even a chance that Curtis Jacobs moves in and plays a box linebacker position against the Razorbacks, giving him the opportunity for more tackles, so it is very likely that he could rack up 10 or more total tackles on New Year’s Day
Prediction #5: Penn State Football allows 3 rushing touchdowns
Arkansas will lean on their dominant rushing attack in the absence of star wide receiver Treylon Burks, and we know how the Penn State defense has struggled against the run this year.
With many of their defensive starters opting out of the game, it will be a tough ask for a lot of young and inexperienced players to be able to shut down the Arkansas ground game.
KJ Jefferson is a solid passer and can do some damage that way, but once Arkansas realizes that they don’t need to go to the air to have success against the Nittany Lions’ defense, they will likely impose their will behind one of the top offensive lines in the country and could potentially find the endzone 3 times via the running game.
Prediction #6: Jordan Stout pins the Razorbacks inside the 5-yard line
Jordan Stout had probably his best punt of his career against Michigan State, knocking one out of bounds at the one-yard line and pinning the Spartans deep in their own territory.
The Ray Guy Award finalist has been excellent as a punter all year, and in a game that could potentially be a relatively low scoring field position battle, he will have some opportunities to pin Arkansas deep in their own territory.
With some help from is coverage team, there is a chance that Jordan Stout could pin the Razorbacks inside their own 5-yard line at some point throughout the game.\
