LB Curtis Jacobs (Sophomore)

Curtis Jacobs is next in line for great linebackers at Penn State.

Brandon Smith and Ellis Brooks are both heading into the Draft so, that leaves on Jacobs. The sophomore linebacker has the experience and needs to take his game to the next level. Jacobs will have free reign in the Outback Bowl. If the coaches put him in the right situations, he should have a monster game.

The Penn State Football defense, while good, hasn’t been the same since Micah Parsons left. The defense needs a linebacker to be disruptive and explosive. Jacobs can be that guy. He will be the leader on the defensive side of the ball for this game. It’s a giant opportunity for Jacobs to showcase how good he is.
