1. ATH Nyckoles Harbor

Remember that emphasis on speed and versatility? There may not be a recruit who fits that bill better than Nyckoles Harbor.

The 5-star athlete from Washington D.C. is listed at 6-foot-5 and 225 pounds, but he’s also one of the premier high school track athletes in the country. According to his 247 Sports profile, Harbor has been verified running the 100 meter in 10.38 seconds and the 200 meter in 21.36 seconds. This combination of size and athleticism is so hard to find and that’s why Harbor is at the top of this list.

He can be placed at defensive end and rush the passer on the opposite side of Dennis-Sutton or put him at tight end and let him catch passes from Drew Allar. Maybe he possibly does both. The possibilities are endless with Harbor and that’s why he already has 22 offers that include Oklahoma, Florida, Oregon, Ohio State and Notre Dame.

Every team in the country would love an athlete like Harbor and he has the type of game-changing abilities that could help Penn State finally break through to the College Football Playoff.
