Penn State Football’s top transfer portal targets
3. Taj Harris – Wide Receiver/Syracuse
Harris is a New Jersey native and had interest from Penn State Football as a three star recruit coming out of high school, but ultimately was never offered by Franklin.
Harris is a six-foot-two, 180 pound wide receiver who was very productive in his four seasons with Syracuse, catching 151 passes for 2,028 yards and ten touchdowns.
He entered the transfer portal early this season and has had a ton of power five interest from the likes of Kentucky, Ole Miss and Louisville to name a few.
Wide receiver is not at the top of the list of needs for Penn State Football, however with the loss of Jahan Dotson to the NFL, it could not hurt to add a proven commodity who can stretch the field with his speed and also has some size at six-foot-two.
parker Washington and Keandre Lambert-Smith will be back in 2022, but the position could use a infusion of experience as behind those two, they are very young at wide receiver.
