Penn State Football wins if …

Penn State Football wins if their potential first round picks play like first round picks.

The Nittany Lions had two first round picks last year (Odafe Oweh and Micah Parsons) and they are likely 1 and 2 in the defensive player of the year competition right now.

This Nittany Lions teams has potential for another two first round picks in WR Jahan Dotson and S Jaquan Brisker.

It’s quite likely that Jahan  Dotson and Jaquan Brisker are the best players on the field and, simply, Penn State Football wins if they both play like that.

Since one is on offense and one is on defense, we’re going to combine their efforts into ‘impact plays’.  An ‘impact play’ will be defined as a 25+ yard catch, touchdown, sack, forced turnover or a fourth down stop (solo or group tackle).

Penn State wins if they get 4+ impact plays from two of the best ever to wear the blue and white.
