James Franklin, Penn State Football agree to mega-extension and Twitter erupts

Penn State Football and James Franklin agreed to a massive seven-year contract extension Tuesday, and the social media reaction was swift 

It’s official Nittany Nation, James Franklin will be the Penn State Football Head Coach for the next decade.

The massive, 10 year contract was met with a variety of reactions throughout the interwebs and even though it shows Penn State Football is all-in on Franklin, not all fans were happy…

And this one looked into their crystal ball to determine Franklin’s news guarantees Luke Fickell’s next destination:

Imagine hating a coach who has won the conference, and made three New Years 6 bowl games so much you rescind your fandom and switch to the rival.
