Rutgers Wins If …

It’s no secret Penn State Football hasn’t been able to run the ball this year.

Like, at all.

So, it would almost be too easy to say keep Penn State under xx yardage for them to win, because no matter how low a number we throw out there, Penn State probably can’t clear it.

So the key will be that Rutgers keeps this game close and has an opportunity to take it late.  If Penn State gets up by two-plus scores, even with their inability to run the ball, Rutgers doesn’t have a dynamic enough offense to keep with Penn State.

So, they must follow the Michigan blueprint and shut down Jahan Dotson. They can sell out by double covering or putting a safety over top.

Worked for Michigan right?

So, Rutgers wins if they keep Dotson below 100 yards and out of the endzone.
