3-7 (1-6). . Cornhuskers . 12. team. 810.

Nebraska finally lost a game by more than one possession on Saturday as they fell to Ohio State 26-17.

This was a back and forth game that the Huskers had plenty of opportunities to take advantage of, but once again didn’t. It’s honestly insane how many close games this team has played and how they’ve managed to lose each one.

Head coach Scott Frost received a vote of confidence from the higher-ups and will return in 2022. Considering how competitive the team has been, it’s probably the right choice. This team hasn’t lost its fight and it looks like it’s more of a talent issue. Frost probably won’t have a long leash in 2022.

Nebraska actually is on bye next week.
