Not many expected to see Wisconsin in this position after starting 1-3, but here they are.

The Badgers had their best game of the season on Saturday, destroying Rutgers 52-3. Quarterback Graham Mertz had his best game of the year, going 11-16 for 240 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Freshman running back Braelon Allen has turned into a star. He ran for 129 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries.

This team has figured a lot of things out since the beginning of the year. We knew the defense was good, but Mertz needed to stop turning the ball over and they needed to find some consistency at running back, both those things have happened.

With three games left, and wins over Iowa and Purdue, Wisconsin looks bound for Indianapolis.
