813. . . . Hoosiers . 13. team

Dual Rank: NR
Record Last Season: 2-6
Ranked Wrestlers: 2
141 No. 25 Cayden Rooks
174 No. 9 Donnell Washington

IU starts the year one spot above the lowly Terrapins, thanks in large part to the fact they have a true contender for a B1G title.

Well, maybe not this season, but Donnell Washington is only a freshman and he showed flashes of excellence last season.

Does anyone remember when Donnell defeated a future NCAA Champion in a regular-season dual match? Well if you don’t, then I’m sure Carter Starocci remembers. Either way, the future certainly looks bright for Washington if he continues to improve.

The Hoosiers travel down the back roads to Louisville, KY as they are set to take on Bellarmine to start their season on November 7th.
