Where will Penn State’s James Franklin coach next year?

Although USC and LSU are attractive jobs in terms of buy-in from administration, facilities, and recruiting territory, Penn State is James Franklin’s baby.

Franklin has helped build this program back up from ashes.

Franklin has a phenomenal recruiting class, and is starting to get things agreed upon with the administration. While LSU could offer more money, it’s hard to see Franklin leaving before his goal has been fully reached in Happy Valley
