What Time, TV Channel is Penn State vs Ohio State Week 9 Showdown?
It was just announced Penn State Football’s top 10 clash with Ohio State will take place in prime time on ABC set for a 7:30pm kickoff on October 30th.
Penn State Football will travel to Columbus in two weeks to take on the No. 5 ranked Buckeyes under the lights at the Horse Shoe on Halloween weekend.
It was announced Monday by the Big Ten’s official twitter page that the top 10 matchup between two of the too team’s in the east will take place in prime time on ABC at 7:30 pm.
In year’s past this rivalry has traded on and off between ABC and Noon kickoff times, with the games at Beaver Stadium taking place at nighttime on ABC to showcase the whiteout, while the games in Columbus have been featured as a part of FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff.

College Gameday has also been in town for this matchup every year since 2017 and expect much of the same this time around, despite what looks to be a loaded slate of college football games on the 30th of this month.
A few weeks ago Ohio State announced via their official twitter page they would be wearing all scarlet for this game, with scarlet pants and socks to go with their scarlet home jersey. The crowd is expecting to have a “Scarlet Out” at the shoe.
The all scarlet uniform will contrast Penn State Football’s road all-whites perfectly and make for one of the better uniform games you will find.
Both teams of course have business to take care of first this week, as the Nittany Lions will host Illinois at Beaver Stadium, while the Buckeyes will travel to Bloomington to take on Indiana, also set for a 7:30pm kickoff time on ABC.
