Roman Bravo-Young’s bold prediction for 2021-2022 season

Is it even possible to have a “bold prediction” for a wrestler who just completed a perfect season and won a B1G title and NCAA title along the way?

You remember who is writing this article, right?

With that, here’s my bold prediction for the 2021-2022 season.

Roman Bravo-Young will go undefeated for a second consecutive season and defend both his B1G and NCAA titles at 133

“Wow Chris, what a bOlD statement.”

For obvious reasons it’s a bold statement as this season (hopefully) will be a full season. And for most wrestlers this means between invitations, regular season dual meets, conference championships, and the NCAA Championships they will wrestle in 30+ matches.

Will RBY be able to run the full gauntlet at 133 and survive for the entire season? Thus putting his name alongside other Nittany Lion greats like Andy Matter, David Taylor, and Zain Retherford who were able to solidify undefeated seasons?

I don’t know about you, but my money is still on RBY.
