Penn State Football moved to 5-0 Saturday night with a 24-0 victory over Indiana at Beaver Stadium, and now face a daunting task next week against the Iowa Hawkeyes

If the Nittany Lions were out for revenge after last season’s heartbreaking loss to the Hoosiers, they get there pound of flesh Saturday night in the way of a shutout victory, 24-0, in front of 105,000 fans at Beaver Stadium.

The score is not indicative of how dominant Penn State Football was, in a workmanlike performance led to a game that never really felt like it was in doubt.

Penn State Football out gained Indiana 408 yards  to 264, and did so with a balanced offensive attack, rushing for 209 yards and passing for 199. The ground game was a point of contention all week for Penn State Football so it was promising to see them have that kind of success on the ground.

The win sets up a showdown at Kinnick next week in a matchup of what figures to be no. 3 against no. 4 in the country in Iowa.

Let’s give out some game grades and an MVP from Penn State Football’s win over Indiana:

Penn State Football DE – Arnold Ebiketie

Grade: A-

Ebiketie showed once again why he is one of the best transfer portal additions in the country Saturday night.

The defensive end racked up only three tackles but had a tackle for loss and a bone crushing sack of Indiana quarterback Jack Tuttle in the second half. He also led a fourth down stand after a Sean Clifford interception in the first quarter thats as a massive momentum changer for the blue and white.

Once again, he showed up on special teams blocking a FG in the second half, much like in week one against Wisconsin. The field goal would have put the Hoosiers on the board and cut it to 21-3.
