Penn State Football wins if this happens, Villanova does if …

Is Penn State becoming ‘Tight End U’?
Obvously Pat Friermuth and Mike Gesicki are balling at the next level, but it seems that Penn State Football was waiting for the Auburn game to unleash their potent tight end trio.
After starting the year relatively silent, tight end’s Theo Johnson, Brenton Strange and Tyler Warren all made a large impact, especially in the hurry up and wildcat offenses vs Auburn.
Strange led the way with four catches for 71 yards and his first touchdown as a Nittany Lion. Theo Johnson only had one catch but it was a huge 37 yard play right up the seam through the Tigers defense. And perhaps the most odd, Tyler Warren had a catch for 22 yards and a three yard touchdown RUN lining up in the shotgun in the wildcat formation.
Penn State Football wins if these guys continue to contribute…I want to say ‘catches’ but who knows how Tyler Warren will get the ball. So, the official prognostication is 7+ touches from the tight end position, that’s how Penn State will win this game!
