Penn State Football key No. 1: Don’t let Auburns Tank get rolling

Auburn running back Tank Bigsby is one of the best running backs in the country after posting an impressive 834 yards and five touchdowns in his freshman season a year ago.

He is off to a blazing start this year again, rushing for 241 yards and averaging 10 yards a carry through the first two games.

He is a powerful physical runner who can run though arm tackles, and has the speed to break it if he finds a crease. It will be imperative the Nittany Lions defense swarm to the ball and gang tackle, because Bigsby is a load to get to the ground.

Auburn knows the best way to neutralize this white out crowd is to run it, and run it well on first down especially, setting up second and third and short for easy conversions.

The Tigers can run okay action off of a good run game which can make Nix dangerous.
