878. . 1-0 (1-0). . Hawkeyes . 2. team

Speaking of complete teams, that sure looked like the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday.

The 34-6 beatdown of Indiana was probably the best all around win by any Big Ten team this past week. They used both sides of the ball to score and Indiana had few answers on the other end.

Corner back Riley Moss had the game of his life, intercepting two passes and returning them both for touchdowns. He personally outscored the Indiana offense 12-6. The Hawkeyes as a group are incredibly sound on the defensive side, but that shouldn’t be much of a surprise.

On offense, running back Tyler Goodson had another quality game with 99 rushing yards and a touchdown. The passing attack under quarterback Spencer Petras still leaves a little to be desired, but there wasn’t much of a need to fling the ball around on Saturday.

Iowa has quite the test ahead of them this week, as they head across the state to face rival Iowa State. With both teams highly ranked, this is arguably the best game on the slate this week. If the Hawkeyes come out with the win, they will have a lot of national attention around them, and deservingly so.
