Penn State Football Reason for Optimism – Arnold Ebiketie

Against Wisconsin, Arnold Ebiketie proved that he truly is one of the most impactful transfers in the country.

He was constantly pressuring Graham Mertz and forcing him to get the ball out early, as well has making tackles for loss and tackles around the line of scrimmage against the running game.

Ebiketie should be able to be even better this week for this Penn State Football team, going against a Ball State offensive line that is inferior compared to what Ebiketie faced against Wisconsin.

If Ebiketie is able to tally a lot of tackles for loss, and it forces Ball State to have to pass on third and long against this excellent Nittany Lion secondary, it could be a long afternoon for the Cardinals’ offense.

Expect Arnold Ebiketie to be in the Ball State backfield quite often in his first game in Beaver Stadium, and he has the opportunity to put a good dent into the ten sacks that I had boldly predicted for him to get, before the season began.
