6. Penn State Football RB Noah Cain Can be Great

In 2019, Noah Cain broke Saquon Barkley‘s freshman touchdown record, despite getting minimal (or no) carries in many of Penn State’s games that season.

Cain had nearly 100 less carries than Saquon did as a freshman, and still managed to top his touchdown total. If he can stay healthy, Cain can be the next great one at running back in State College.

Cain is always fighting for extra yards and always falling forward. He is strong, has great vision, and runs with great balance. I am no scout, but he reminds me a lot of Miles Sanders.

The good news for Cain’s health is that he will not be expected to carry the ball 20-25 times per game, as he has a great group of backs behind him to help carry the load. If Cain stays healthy this season, he can be the next in line to follow up Saquon Barkley, Miles Sanders, and Journey Brown.
