With less than three weeks until the dawn of the 2021 college football season, it is a good time to try to predict where each Big Ten team, including Penn State Football will stand in December.

After a crazy season within the Big Ten in 2020 all consolidated into nine weeks, fans throughout the conference are relieved to get back to normal, especially those who live and die with Penn State Football.

Will teams like; Penn State Football, Minnesota, and Michigan have bounce back seasons? Will Ohio State continue their reign atop the conference?

How about some possible teams on the rise? Teams such as Maryland and Rutgers showed definite signs of improvement in their shortened 2020 campaigns, can those teams continue to trend upward?
