8. Can the Offensive Line Help Pave the Way for the Offense?

The offensive line started to come together late in the Nittany Lions’ shortened 2020 campaign.

With coach Phil Trautwein finally having time to work with his position group in person, can the line help this offense take a step forward in 2021?

Left tackle Rasheed Walker, a potential first round draft pick next spring, will be expected to perform as such. Starting opposite of him at right tackle will be Caedan Wallace, who has a very high ceiling. Can Wallace tap into his potential this season? A

nother question is how well will Mike Miranda make the transition from guard to center? Des Holmes and Juice Scruggs have been in the program for awhile, how will they perform?

Franklin added a nice piece in the transfer portal with Eric Wilson coming over from Harvard. What type of role will he play? Can he make a push to get into the starting lineup with his experience, or will he be there to provide more depth?
