No surprise that #VolleyballU is providing Team USA with two men and two women each.

Hancock, a two time national champ here at Penn State, was a serving wizard in college and set the record for most aces in an NCAA Tournament (22) and in an individual game (10). She has helped Team USA earn gold medals in the last three FIVB Nations League.

Washington was a three time All-American and was also on the 2014 National Championship team and the last two FIVB gold medal winning teams. Former Nittany Lion Megan Courtney was also selected as an alternate.

How to follow:  Like the men’s team, they are also placed in Pool B.  They start vs Argentina on Saturday 7/24 at 10:05 pm.  The remainder of Pool B includes China (Monday 7/26 at 10:05 pm), Turkey (Thursday 7/29 at 8:45 am), Russia (Friday 7/30 at 10:05 pm) and Italy (Sunday 8/1 at 10:05 pm).
