Penn State Football RB Noah Cain looks STRONG in comeback bid

Noah Cain’s 2020 season was derailed before it had the chance to get going, but the Penn State back could be primed to breakout this fall
Penn State Football running back Noah Cain looks ready for a bounce-back season in 2021.
Fitness trainer Johh Hicks posted a video on twitter of Noah Cain’s offseason workout videos and let’s say the comeback trail is looking REALLY good!
Cain, the MaxPreps All-American second-team running back was ranked as the No. 4 running coming out of Florida by ESPN, injured his leg in the first game of the COVID-19 shortened 2020 football season, and finished with just three carries for 13 yards.
In 2019, Cain carried the ball 84 times for 443 yards in a crowded backfield (with Journey Brown and Devyn Ford). He scored 8 touchdowns, which was a school record for most rushing touchdowns by a Freshman.
Remember, Brown collected the 2020 Cotton Bowl MVP and Cain was quoted as saying “I was disappointed with my bowl game performance…I went back and watch the film and there were a few runs where I could have made a bigger play.”
Cain has high expectations coming into the 2021 year and his offseason workouts with 3 Hunnid Fitness and Josh Hicks certainly seems like he has fully recovered from that injury. Hicks, who has also worked with NFL Pro Bowl running back Ezekiel Elliott is a former Purdue Boilermaker and is known (on his twitter account at least) as the “Running Back Guru“.
In the video, you can see Cain making strong cuts and very quick change of direction moves through a variety of obstacles, even throwing in a fun spin move in avoiding a ‘trash can’ defender in front of him.
If this video doesn’t get you psyched for the upcoming season, nothing will!
