No. 7 Chance Lamer (proj – 149)

Kanen Storr (149) indicated he would return for his super senior season, however things are still up in the air for All-Americans Logan Massa (174) and Myles Amine (197).

The Wolverines didn’t exactly have the season they were hoping for last season. And I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I don’t think things will get better for them. Especially if either Massa or Amine decide not to return. Even worse if both decide to leave Ann Arbor.

And Michigan fans most likely won’t see top recruit Chance Lamer hit the mat this season as Storr currently occupies the slot at 149 and both Mattin brothers hold down 141.

The Wolverines will have a very solid lineup from top to bottom in the 2021-2022 season, however their only true title contender is Mason Parris at 285. And let’s be honest, this will only be the case if Gable Steveson ditches Minnesota early.
