Starting small forward: Seth Lundy

Keeping Seth Lundy was huge for Shrewsberry.

Although he initially tested the portal waters, his return really helps the Nittany Lions keep some continuity.

Lundy had stretches where he looked like an NBA prospect last year and followed that with stretches where he simply couldn’t score.  Look for a more consistent spread to his shooting from beyond the arc this year and hopefully a focus on defensive positioning to prevent getting beat off the dribble so much.

You could make an argument for Myles Dread to be the starter here too but Lundy is two inches taller and a bit quicker on the perimeter.
